Lock Your Debit Card
If you’ve lost a debit card, open the Mobile Banking app and lock it. That stops new purchases and withdrawals right away, and you can unlock it yourself if the card turns up in a coat pocket. Credit cards can’t be locked in the app.
Call Us
Report the card at 877-493-7862. During business hours, you'll talk to a real person here in West Texas. After hours, our automated system can take your report.
Review Your Recent Activity
Look through your account in Online or Mobile Banking and note the date and amount of anything you don't recognize. If your card was stolen, file a report with your local police department as well.
Get Your Replacement Card
We’ll cancel the missing card right away. Stop by your local branch and we can issue a replacement debit card on the spot, so you are not waiting on the mail. Because your new card will have a different number, update any subscriptions or recurring payments tied to the old one.

Call us at 877-493-7862. We’re available Monday – Friday from 7:30am - 6pm. Outside those hours, our automated system can take your lost or stolen card report. Personal and business debit cards use the same number.
Credit Cards
Call 1-833-870-1842 for 24-hour cardmember service. Our credit cards are issued through TIB, The Independent Bankers Bank.
